Filling and sealing machine is an integrated packaging equipment for filling cosmetics, food, chemical and other industries. It has a wide range of applications. Then, the next step is to explain the use process of this equipment.：

1. Check whether the components are intact and firm, whether the power supply voltage is normal and whether the air circuit is normal.

2. Check that the sleeve chain, cup holder, cam, switch and color code sensor are intact and secure.

3. Check whether the mechanical parts are connected correctly and lubricated.

4. Check whether the upper pipe station, pressure pipe station, dimming station, filling station and sealing station are coordinated.

5. Clean up tools and other objects around the equipment.

6. Check whether the parts of the feeder group are intact and firm.

7. Check that the control switch is in the original position, then use the manual roulette machine to determine if there is any problem.

8. After confirming that everything in the previous process is normal, turn on the power supply and the air valve, and gently push the machine for trial operation. First, operate at a low speed, and then gradually increase to the normal operation speed after everything is normal.

9. The upper tube station adjusts the speed of the upper tube motor so that the speed of the electric pull rod matches the speed of the machine and maintains the operation of the automatic lower tube.

10. The pressure tube station drives the pressure head to operate at the same time through the up and down reciprocating motion of the cam linkage mechanism to press the hose to the correct position.

11. When reaching the lighting position, please use a trolley to reach the lighting alignment station, rotate the lighting alignment cam to approach the switch toward the lighting cam, and make the light beam of the photoelectric switch illuminate the center of the color mark. The distance is 5-10 millimeters (mm).

12. The gas station is when the hose is lifted in the lighting station, the probe tube proximity switch on the top of the jacking cone will open the signal through the PLC, and then work through the solenoid valve. When the end of the hose is 20mm away, the paste will complete the filling and draining of the body.

13. First loosen the nut to adjust the fill volume, then increase outward as you tighten the opposite screw and move the slider of the travel arm. Otherwise, adjust inward and lock the nut behind.

14. The tail sealing station can adjust the upper and lower positions of the tail sealing tooling fixture according to the requirements of the pipeline, and the gap between the tail sealing tooling is about 0.2mm.

15. Turn on the power supply and air supply, start the automatic operating system, and then enter the automatic use of the filling and sealing machine.

16. It is expressly forbidden for non-maintenance personnel to arbitrarily adjust each setting parameter. If the settings are not correct, the device may not work properly and in severe cases may damage the device, if adjustment is required during the application field, it must be adjusted when the device is out of operation.

17. It is expressly forbidden to adjust the filling and sealing machine when the equipment is in operation.

18. Stop pressing the "Stop" button, then turn off the power switch and gas supply switch.

19. Clean the paper feeding device and the filling and sealing machine device.

20. Record and query the operation status and daily maintenance of the equipment.
