The liquid filling machine must be installed, operated and maintained by full-time personnel. Before installation, operation, maintenance and inspection, please read the operation manual carefully for correct use. The installation, operation, inspection and maintenance of the equipment should be done after mastering the relevant equipment conditions, safety information and precautions.

(1) Before starting the liquid filling machine, check the ground wire of the equipment, check whether there is air leakage in the dynamic pipeline, whether the trachea is broken, etc.;

(2) Do a good job of cleaning the filling machine equipment, keep the surface of the filling machine clean, often remove the accumulated material on the scale body, and pay attention to the cleaning in the electric control cabinet;

(3) Replace the lubricating oil for the motor every year, check the tightness of the chain, and adjust the tension in time;

(4) During production, it is necessary to inspect and observe the filling machinery parts frequently to see whether the rolling and lifting are normal, whether there is any abnormality, and whether the screws are loose;

(5) The sensor of the liquid filling machine is a high-precision, high-sealing, high-sensitivity device. It is forbidden to impact and overload, and it must not be touched during the work process. It is forbidden to disassemble it unless it is required for maintenance;

(6) If the liquid filling machine is not used for a long time, be sure to empty the material in the pipeline, and clean the pipeline with clean water.
