The filling and sealing machine is widely used in our daily life. The filling methods of the filling and sealing machine mainly include superheated steam, air pressure, and pressure. The suitable packaging products are different.
1. Superheated steam canning method
This category generally raises the discharge tank to increase the pressure. It is suitable for the production of milk with good fluidity and low viscosity, red wine and other commodities.
2. Air pressure canning method
In this category, the pressure in the bottle must be less than atmospheric pressure, and then the product is filled and canned according to the basic concept of standard air pressure equalization. Generally speaking, this type of filling and sealing machine has a simple structure, but the components have good fusion and sealing performance, and there is no big regulation on the viscosity of the raw materials.
3. Pressure canning method
This type is canned under the standard of higher than atmospheric pressure. The other type is to use the pressure in the discharge tank to be similar to the pressure in the bottle, and inject it into the bottle by the weight of the liquid material, also known as isobaric canning. In addition, a booster piston rod is added to the top of the discharge tank to promote good manufacturing. Common canned products include wine, champagne, beverages with vapors, etc.
